Command Respect. Inspire Devotion. Get Results.
You didn't build your practice to chase clients who ghost after three sessions. You didn't master your craft to watch people nod at your insights and then do absolutely nothing with them. And you definitely didn't get into this work to feel more drained at the end of a session than when you started.
And yet.
You finish a session feeling like you gave everything — and they gave you a vague "that was really helpful" before disappearing for three weeks.
You watch a client self-sabotage in real time, and you soften your feedback because you don't want to "push too hard" or make them uncomfortable.
You remind yourself to "hold space" while privately wanting to grab them by the shoulders and say "just do the thing."
You've lowered your rates, extended your sessions, answered texts at 10pm — and somehow you're still the one working harder than they are.
You've read the books. You've done the training. You know your shit. But something's not landing. And you're starting to wonder if the problem is you.
You've been trained to be supportive. Nurturing. Client-led. Trauma-informed. Gentle.
None of that is wrong, per se.
But somewhere along the way, your "supportive" became "accommodating." Your promise to be "Client-led" became "I'll follow wherever you want to go, even if it's in circles." And "trauma-informed" became "I'm afraid to say the hard thing in case it lands wrong."
if this is you, you're lacking authority not skills.
When I say "authority" I don't mean the loud, aggressive, shouty or mean kind. I mean the quiet, grounded, "I see exactly what you're doing and I'm not going to let you off the hook" kind.
The last thing your clients need is another cheerleader. They need a leader.
#1: "I just need better boundaries."
Nope. You've read the boundary books. You've practiced saying no. But still your clients run over time, cancel last minute, and/or treat your expertise like a suggestion box. Hard truth to swallow: Boundaries don't work when your energy is still saying "please like me."
#2: "I need better systems; intake forms, contracts, clearer policies."
Systems are useful. But a flaky client with a signed contract is still a flaky client. The issue isn't your paperwork. It's that you haven't claimed the authority that makes people want to follow through.
#3: "Maybe I need another certification."
Honey, no. You have enough credentials. What you don't have is the embodied presence to get clients to trust your leadership more than their own resistance.
#4: "I should just accept that some clients aren't ready."
Some clients genuinely aren't ready. But a lot of "not ready" clients are actually "waiting for someone to lead them." They're not uncommitted — they're under-led.
Let's name it upfront. You're worried about leaning more into your dominance because...
"What if I come across as cold or bitchy?"
Darling, you've built your practice on warmth and connection. Of course you're terrified that claiming more power will cost you the thing that makes clients trust you in the first place.
"What if clients don't like me anymore?"
You've prided yourself on being the "safe" practitioner. The one people feel SUPER comfortable with. What if leading more strongly means losing that?
"What if this doesn't fit my trauma-informed approach?"
You've been trained that clients should lead, that pushing is harmful, that your job is to hold space. What if stepping into authority undoes all that training?
"What if it doesn't work for me because I'm not naturally dominant?"
You see other practitioners who seem to command a room effortlessly, and you assume that's a personality trait you weren't born with. That it's not your personality style.
Here's what I want you to know:
Authority and warmth aren't opposites. The most powerful leaders hold both. They are clear and caring, direct and compassionate, boundaried and deeply connected.
Trauma-informed care doesn't mean letting clients run the show. It means creating and holding a container sturdy enough that they can finally do the work.
And dominance isn't a personality type. It's a skill. One you can learn.
You don't do this work to be a people-pleasing practitioner drowning in flaky clients and energy leaks. You came to change lives. Starting with your own.
Your clients stop ghosting. Not because you guilt them into staying, but because they feel the difference when someone actually holds them accountable. They want to show up because they know you won't let them waste their own time.
They do the homework. Not because you're nagging, but because your leadership creates a container where half-assing it isn't an option.
They refer their friends. Not because you asked, but because they got results they couldn't get anywhere else — and they know exactly why.
You stop over-preparing for sessions. Because you trust yourself to lead in the moment instead of scripting every possible intervention in advance.
You raise your rates — and people pay them. Because your energy finally matches your expertise. No more apologizing for your prices or over-delivering to justify them.
You finish sessions with energy left. Because you're not doing their emotional labour for them anymore.
The 6 Archetypes of Authority Mother. Teacher. Authoritarian. Seductress. Goddess. Queen. You'll discover which ones you naturally lead with, which ones you avoid, and how to access all six depending on what your client needs.
The Art of Holding the Line How to stay grounded when clients push back, deflect, or try to renegotiate the container. No scripts — just embodied practices that make "no" feel like leadership, not rejection.
Precision Motivation How to read what's actually driving your client's resistance and respond to that instead of the story they're telling you.
Command Without Cruelty How to be direct without being harsh. How to hold standards without shaming. How to lead with conviction and compassion.
Live Practice (Fishbowl Sessions) You'll practice leading in real time, get feedback, and watch others do the same. This is where the embodiment happens — not just understanding the concepts but being them.
Integration Workbook Journaling prompts, self-assessment tools, and client-ready scripts so you can take what you learn into your practice immediately.
You're a coach, therapist, nutritionist, bodyworker, designer, healer, or even direct sales person who's good at your craft but struggling to get clients to follow through
You've been the "nice" practitioner and you're ready to be the respected one
You give more than you receive in client sessions and you're fucking tired of it
You know there's a more powerful way to lead but you haven't found it yet
You want clients who do the work, pay on time, and refer their friends
You're looking for scripts and systems without doing the inner work
You want to dominate or control clients rather than lead them
You're not willing to look at your own patterns of people-pleasing and over-accommodation
You think "being nice" is the same as being effective
Before I trained in dungeons with professional dominatrices, before I studied archetypes and motivational psychology, before I built a practice helping people reclaim authority over their bodies and their lives... I was a sergeant in the army.
I've commanded troops. I've led under pressure. I've learned what it takes to hold a line without losing your humanity.
And I've spent the last decade working as a somatic sex educator and intimacy coach, which means I understand power dynamics at a level most practitioners never access.
This isn't airy fairy theory. It's hard-wired embodiment. And I'll teach you how to embody it too.
"When I started working with Sylvie, I didn't know what I wanted or needed. My boyfriend had sent me to her, probably hoping some kink would rub off on me. From our first session, her quiet confidence and clear leadership immediately made me feel safe to explore. Her ability to hold space while staying completely in command allowed me to let go of control and truly follow myself for perhaps the first time ever. What struck me was how she led me with such certainty that I could fully surrender to the process. Everyone in my life could feel my transformation. For the first time in years, I was experiencing breakthroughs and epiphanies that had eluded me with other practitioners. Sylvie's unique balance of authority and deep care is exactly what I needed to move past my self-imposed limitations." M.K, San Francisco.
"I'd worked with many practitioners before meeting Sylvie, but she was different. While others were supportive, Sylvie knew exactly how to command the space and lead me where I needed to go. Sylvie doesn't suggest, she directs with conviction and charisma, and I found myself following her guidance without hesitation. It felt safe. Through her leadership, I stopped enduring my life and started living it. Her ability to witness me fully (even my shame) while maintaining complete authority in our sessions created a container where I learned to accept myself and grow. If you're a practitioner who wants clients to experience this level of breakthrough, learn from Sylvie. She didn't just help me feel better, she legit changed my life. This isn't an exaggeration, it's a fact." A.B, Santa Clara
"Sylvie is extraordinary. She demonstrates impressive command of her field and a remarkable blend of professional expertise and compassionate care. What sets her apart is her ability to take control of the session while ensuring clients feel heard and informed. She provides clear direction that creates a strong container for safety and personal transformation. Her leadership style always had me getting exceptional results. After experiencing her approach firsthand, I understand why her clients achieve breakthroughs they couldn't find elsewhere. For practitioners looking to elevate their impact, Sylvie's framework is invaluable." TJ - San Jose

"What if I'm not naturally dominant?"
Good news: this isn't about personality. It's about skill. You'll find the version of authority that fits you — not a performance of someone else's style.
"Will this clash with my trauma-informed approach?"
No. In fact, it'll strengthen it. Trauma-informed care requires a sturdy container. Wobbly leadership isn't safer — it's just less effective.
"What if my clients are men / older / high-achieving?"
Even better. People with power and options are especially drawn to practitioners who won't collapse under their pressure. This works across demographics.
Do I have to be into kink or BDSM to take this course?
Absolutely not. This course uses the energy and structure of dominance, not literal kink play. You’ll be working with archetypes, psychology and relational power in a grounded, professional container.
You’re done contorting yourself to be liked more than you’re respected
You’ve outgrown “good girl energy” and want to step into Queen energy
You’re craving a leadership model that’s both fierce and feminine
You want your business (and your body) to feel sovereign again
You’re secretly turned on by the idea of commanding a room
It's based on proven behavior change + motivational psychology
Embodied authority improves client retention + transformation
Real-time practice + feedback accelerates skill building
You'll learn archetypes you can use in any situation
This is a business investment and a personal transformation
Not the watered-down, "I don't want to push you" version of leadership. The real kind. The kind that sees through their bullshit, holds them to their potential, and doesn't let them off the hook. You already have it in you. This course shows you how to use it.
because dominance means integrity
If you show up, do the work, and engage with the process, I'm sure you will walk away with more confidence, more clarity, and a more powerful presence in your client work. You’ll feel the shift in your energy. Your clients will feel it too. And your business will reflect it. If it doesn't, and you showed up to all the calls and filled out the workbook and did the homework assignments, and you feel you gained nothing, I'll give you your money back.
If that’s not worth the investment to you, then you’re not the right person for this course. But if it is, let’s begin.
You've got questions. I've got answers.
Most courses teach you how to manage clients. This course teaches you how to lead them. The difference is transformational. We're not focused on systems or processes, but on your energetic presence and psychological leadership—the elements that actually drive client behavior change.
A Domme is a powerful feminine leader—confident, clear, magnetic. This isn’t about BDSM roleplay. It’s about embodied authority. You’ll learn how to guide clients with grounded power, not push or force.
Absolutely not. This course uses the energy and structure of dominance, not literal kink play. You’ll be working with archetypes, psychology and relational power in a grounded, professional container.
You don’t need to be. This course isn’t about adopting an aggressive persona, but about discovering how you lead best. There are as many ways to Domme as there are women in this world. We’ll find your version.
This is about uncovering YOUR natural leadership style, not adopting mine. We work with archetype embodiment so you can find the dominance style that feels aligned with your values and personality. The most powerful leadership comes from authenticity, not performance.
Office hours happen once a month and as a client of DYC you can come to any 3 office hours you choose.
Nope. You can be newer to your field or deeply seasoned. What matters is that you want to lead and you're ready to explore the parts of yourself that have been holding back.
Absolutely. The principles of psychological leadership work in every context, from corporate consulting to spiritual healing. The terminology we use in the course stays inside our container—what your clients experience is your newfound confidence, clarity, and commanding presence.
Because this isn’t about mimicking someone else’s style. It’s about finding the archetypal energy that fits you perfectly. You will focus on embodiment, not performance.
Yes. In fact, it’s especially useful in those cases. When your leadership is embodied and consistent, it transcends age, gender, and achievement. People respect clarity and strength.
Yes. The Telegram group is open throughout the program, and you’ll have support from me and your fellow practitioner Dommes-in-training.
Because "decent" isn’t your standard. You’re here to be exceptional. And exceptional practitioners know that the more embodied their leadership, the more exponential their client outcomes.
Not at all. Trauma-informed care and strong leadership are not opposites. This course will show you how to hold both, beautifully.
Quite the opposite. This is about getting so real in your presence and power that you no longer need to pretend, posture, or overcompensate. You’ll stop performing leadership and start embodying it.
It’s not a problem. Growth lives at the edge of discomfort. And you’ll have guidance, structure, and community support as you stretch.
Absolutely. Some of the most powerful Dommes I know barely speak above a whisper. This work is about energetic congruence, not volume. You’ll learn to work with your own presence, not against it.
This round is designed with women and femmes in mind and centers feminine leadership and intuition, but if you're a trans man who resonates with this work and wants to explore these dynamics, you're absolutely welcome here. The space is intimate, high-integrity, and rooted in mutual respect and embodied power.
Yes, but not at this price. This is the inaugural round, and future iterations will be priced significantly higher.
Yes. You can pay in up to 3 installments if you buy before the end of April. Up to 2 installments if you purchase by end of May.
