Sylvie Bee's Podia/Domme Your Clients

Hi. I'm Sylvie. I Used to Be a Dominatrix.

  • Course

Stay with me... this is directly relevant to your practice.

Command Respect. Inspire Devotion. Get Results.

I'm also a sexologist, a former army sergeant, a journalist, and a mother of two feral boys who have somehow survived this long.

For the past several years I've been obsessed with one question:

Why do some practitioners create transformation effortlessly... while others, equally talented, equally caring, watch clients nod, smile, and go home to do absolutely nothing?

I had that problem.

As a newbie sexologist I built my practice on everything "good" practice looked like. I listened beautifully. I held space expertly. I validated professionally. I was, by every measure, lovely to work with.

The very antithesis of how I am in the dungeon.

And my non-dungeon clients weren't getting results.

They liked me. They enjoyed their sessions. They just weren't changing.

And when they didn't see progress, they disappeared... which, if you've experienced it, is a particularly cruel combination of personal rejection and professional failure.

I knew what they needed. I just couldn't make myself actually lead them there.

Then I Thought About My Army Commander...

She made me cry. Regularly. She told me I wasn't special... which, if you know anything about me, is basically a red flag to a bull. I wanted to prove her wrong so badly I could taste it.

She demanded excellence and stripped away every excuse I'd carefully constructed for myself.

She was NOT nice. I have a whole collection of words for her that are absolutely not appropriate for this page.

She was also responsible for more of my growth than every warm, accommodating mentor I've ever had. Combined.

Because I couldn't quit. So I had to rise.

That memory sat in my chest like a splinter for years. Everything in my shiny new professional world said that kind of authority was wrong, harmful, the opposite of a safe space.

My lived experience said it was sometimes the most loving thing anyone had ever done for me.

So I did something radical.

I went back to my shadow world... the professional dominatrix one.

In that space I'd always had permission to experiment with different energies in a contained, consensual environment. What I hadn't given myself credit for was this: those same energies work just as powerfully on women, in therapy rooms and coaching sessions, not just dungeons.

When I started bringing them into my sexology practice?

Everything cracked open.

Sound familiar?

You finish a session feeling like you gave everything... and they give you a vague "that was really helpful" before disappearing for three weeks.

You watch a client self-sabotage in real time and you soften your feedback because you don't want to push too hard or make them uncomfortable.

You remind yourself to hold space while privately wanting to grab them by the shoulders and say just do the thing.

You've lowered your rates, extended your sessions, answered texts at 10pm... and somehow you're still the one working harder than they are.

You've read the books. You've done the training. You know your shit.

But something's not landing.

And you're starting to wonder if the problem is you.

So, what's happening?

You've been trained to be supportive. Nurturing. Client-led. Trauma-informed. Gentle.

None of that is wrong, per se.

But somewhere along the way, your "supportive" became "accommodating." Your "client-led" became "I'll follow wherever you want to go, even if it's in circles." And "trauma-informed" became "I'm afraid to say the hard thing in case it lands wrong."

If this is you, you're simply lacking authority, not skills.

And there's not just one kind of authority. I believe that for women, there are six main types.

When I say authority, I don't mean the loud, aggressive, shouty or mean kind. I mean the quiet, grounded... "I see exactly what you're doing and I'm not going to let you off the hook" kind.

The last thing your clients need is another cheerleader. They need a leader.

What you've told yourself

#1: "I just need better boundaries."

Nope. You've read the boundary books. You've practiced saying no. But still your clients run over time, cancel last minute, and/or treat your expertise like a suggestion box. Hard truth to swallow: Boundaries don't work when your energy is still saying "please like me."

#2: "I need better systems; intake forms, contracts, clearer policies."

Systems are useful. But a flaky client with a signed contract is still a flaky client. The issue isn't your paperwork. It's that you haven't claimed the authority that makes people want to follow through.

#3: "Maybe I need another certification."

Honey, no. You have enough credentials. What you don't have is the embodied presence to get clients to trust your leadership more than their own resistance.

#4: "I should just accept that some clients aren't ready."

Some clients genuinely aren't ready. But a lot of "not ready" clients are actually "waiting for someone to lead them." They're not uncommitted — they're under-led.

The Six Archetypes of Feminine Authority

What if instead of trying to be "more assertive" (which is just a masculine energy concept wearing a pantsuit) you had access to six distinct archetypes, each one a complete energetic toolkit with its own psychology, language patterns, and embodiment practice?

What if you could walk into any session and read, within the first ten minutes, which energy your client's nervous system is actually craving — and then deliver exactly that?

Be The Mother who creates safety so deep that a trauma survivor finally opens up after years of being stuck.

Be The Teacher who structures reality so clearly that a scattered entrepreneur finally gets it and takes action.

Be The Authoritarian who holds a line so firmly that a boundary-pusher meets their match and, paradoxically, finally relaxes.

Be The Goddess who radiates such presence that a client seeking meaning finds it.

Be The Seductress who makes transformation so compelling that clients fall in love with their own potential, resistance melting.

Be The Queen who commands with such effortless authority that clients don't just revere you — they follow your lead.

This isn't about becoming someone else. It's about discovering that you already have all six of these women inside you. You've just been told to keep five of them locked in a back room.

When I told my partner about this epiphany...

...he said "But you already use all six of these at home. They're far more authentic to you than the professional version of you I've seen you perform."

He was absolutely right. As a mother of two boys, I cycle through these instinctively. The nurturing Mother when they're scared. The Teacher when they need logic and consequences without drama. The Authoritarian when it's "no negotiation, this is how we treat people in this family." Full stop.

I'd been using these skills in my most important relationships all along. Just not my respectable job.

What changes when you learn to lead

You don't do this work to be a people-pleasing practitioner drowning in flaky clients and energy leaks. You came to change lives. Starting with your own.

Your clients stop ghosting. Not because you guilt them into staying, but because they feel the difference when someone actually holds them accountable. They want to show up because they know you won't let them waste their own time.

They do the homework. Not because you're nagging, but because your leadership creates a container where half-assing it isn't an option.

They refer their friends. Not because you asked, but because they got results they couldn't get anywhere else — and they know exactly why.

You stop over-preparing for sessions. Because you trust yourself to lead in the moment instead of scripting every possible intervention in advance.

You raise your rates — and people pay them. Because your energy finally matches your expertise. No more apologizing for your prices or over-delivering to justify them.

You finish sessions with energy left. Because you're not doing their emotional labour for them anymore.

Your Teacher, Sylvie

Before I trained in dungeons with professional dominatrices, before I studied archetypes and motivational psychology, before I built a practice helping people reclaim authority over their bodies and their lives... I was a sergeant in the army.

I've commanded troops. I've led under pressure. I've learned what it takes to hold a line without losing your humanity.

And I've spent the last decade working as a somatic sex educator and intimacy coach, which means I understand power dynamics at a level most practitioners never access.

This isn't airy fairy theory. It's hard-wired embodiment. And I'll teach you how to embody it too.

Testimonials From Women Who Studied With Me:

"I'd worked with many practitioners before meeting Sylvie, but she was different. While others were supportive, Sylvie knew exactly how to command the space and lead me where I needed to go. Sylvie doesn't suggest, she directs with conviction and charisma, and I found myself following her guidance without hesitation. It felt safe. Through her leadership, I stopped enduring my life and started living it. Her ability to witness me fully (even my shame) while maintaining complete authority in our sessions created a container where I learned to accept myself and grow. If you're a practitioner who wants clients to experience this level of breakthrough, learn from Sylvie. She didn't just help me feel better, she legit changed my life. This isn't an exaggeration, it's a fact." A.B, Santa Clara

"Sylvie is extraordinary. She demonstrates impressive command of her field and a remarkable blend of professional expertise and compassionate care. What sets her apart is her ability to take control of the session while ensuring clients feel heard and informed. She provides clear direction that creates a strong container for safety and personal transformation. Her leadership style always had me getting exceptional results. After experiencing her approach firsthand, I understand why her clients achieve breakthroughs they couldn't find elsewhere. For practitioners looking to elevate their impact, Sylvie's framework is invaluable." TJ - San Jose

But Here's What I Need To Warn You About

I tried to figure this out alone first. And I failed spectacularly.

I brought Authoritarian energy to trauma survivors who shut down completely. I attempted Goddess energy with clients where it was inauthentic to my natural range and they smelled the performance from across the room. I lost clients. I second-guessed everything.

Because having access to the archetypes isn't enough.

You need to know which archetype matches which client psychology, what language patterns activate each archetype, how to embody it rather than perform it, which traps destroy your credibility when you get it wrong, and what your authentic home range is versus what you can access when needed.

I spent years in the laboratory of my dominatrix training, my practice, my family, and my own personal development work condensing this into something you don't have to bleed for.

You could spend years training as a dominatrix — no judgment, it's a fascinating path. You could study Jungian archetypal psychology, lose clients in spectacular experimental failures, cry in your car after sessions that went sideways.

Or you could get the whole damn thing in one place.

What's inside Domme Your Clients

The 6 Archetypes of Authority Mother. Teacher. Authoritarian. Seductress. Goddess. Queen. You'll discover which ones you naturally lead with, which ones you avoid, and how to access all six depending on what your client needs.

The Art of Holding the Line How to stay grounded when clients push back, deflect, or try to renegotiate the container. No scripts — just embodied practices that make "no" feel like leadership, not rejection.

Precision Motivation How to read what's actually driving your client's resistance and respond to that instead of the story they're telling you.

Command Without Cruelty How to be direct without being harsh. How to hold standards without shaming. How to lead with conviction and compassion.

Live Practice (Office Hours) You'll practice leading in real time, get feedback, and watch others do the same in the 3 built in office hours. This is where the embodiment happens — not just understanding the concepts but being them.

Integration Workbook Journaling prompts, self-assessment tools, and client-ready scripts so you can take what you learn into your practice immediately.

  • You want to dominate or control clients rather than lead them

  • You're not willing to look at your own patterns of people-pleasing and over-accommodation

  • You think "being nice" is the same as being effective

A few things you might be wondering

"What if I'm not naturally dominant?"

  • Good news: this isn't about personality. It's about skill. You'll find the version of authority that fits you — not a performance of someone else's style.

"Will this clash with my trauma-informed approach?"

  • No. In fact, it'll strengthen it. Trauma-informed care requires a sturdy container. Wobbly leadership isn't safer — it's just less effective.

Frequently asked questions

You've got questions. I've got answers.

How is this different from other client management courses?

Most courses teach you how to manage clients. This course teaches you how to lead them. The difference is transformational. We're not focused on systems or processes, but on your energetic presence and psychological leadership—the elements that actually drive client behavior change.

What does “Domme” mean in this course?

A Domme is a powerful feminine leader—confident, clear, magnetic. This isn’t about BDSM roleplay. It’s about embodied authority. You’ll learn how to guide clients with grounded power, not push or force.

Do I have to be into kink or BDSM to take this course?

Absolutely not. This course uses the energy and structure of dominance, not literal kink play. You’ll be working with archetypes, psychology and relational power in a grounded, professional container.

What if I’m not naturally dominant?

You don’t need to be. This course isn’t about adopting an aggressive persona, but about discovering how you lead best. There are as many ways to Domme as there are women in this world. We’ll find your version.

Will this feel authentic to me, or will I have to 'act' like someone else?

This is about uncovering YOUR natural leadership style, not adopting mine. We work with archetype embodiment so you can find the dominance style that feels aligned with your values and personality. The most powerful leadership comes from authenticity, not performance.

What if I can’t make the office hours?

Office hours happen once a month and as a client of DYC you can come to any 3 office hours you choose.

Can I ask questions if I’m stuck during the course?

Yes. The Telegram group is open throughout the program, and you’ll have support from me and your fellow practitioner Dommes-in-training.

I already get decent client results. Why would I need this?

Because "decent" isn’t your standard. You’re here to be exceptional. And exceptional practitioners know that the more embodied their leadership, the more exponential their client outcomes.

Will this clash with my trauma-informed or gentle approach?

Not at all. Trauma-informed care and strong leadership are not opposites. This course will show you how to hold both, beautifully.

Is this about role-playing or being fake with my clients?

Quite the opposite. This is about getting so real in your presence and power that you no longer need to pretend, posture, or overcompensate. You’ll stop performing leadership and start embodying it.

This feels edgy and outside my comfort zone. Is that a problem?

It’s not a problem. Growth lives at the edge of discomfort. And you’ll have guidance, structure, and community support as you stretch.

I’m not loud or extroverted, so will this still work for me?

Absolutely. Some of the most powerful Dommes I know barely speak above a whisper. This work is about energetic congruence, not volume. You’ll learn to work with your own presence, not against it.

Is this only for women?

This round is designed with women and femmes in mind and centers feminine leadership and intuition, but if you're a trans man who resonates with this work and wants to explore these dynamics, you're absolutely welcome here. The space is intimate, high-integrity, and rooted in mutual respect and embodied power.

Will this run again?

Yes, but not at this price. This is the inaugural round, and future iterations will be priced significantly higher.

Are there payment plans available?

Yes. You can pay in up to 3 installments if you buy before the end of April. Up to 2 installments if you purchase by end of May.
